Hello and welcome to my website. I’m Tyler Cogger and I’ve been in construction for nearly 15 years and personally investing in property for a number of years. So we can safely say I have a passion for property.


Having worked as a tradesman and a project manager for many years I find it very easy to spot great investments and maximise the value of any property. In my experience and with feedback from clients, having a development background works extremely well when investing in property. 


At TC Construction & Homes we source, purchase, refurbish and let properties for ourselves and clients. We have strict criteria when purchasing and only buy properties where there is room to add value. This could be a simple refurbishment, adding bedrooms, extensions and developing them further or buying at a great price.

Originally from Kent and now investing in the Sheffield and Rotherham areas, we have a good range of opportunities available in the North and South. These are from single let houses to HMO’s, and also land for the Development of New-Build Homes.
One of my favoured strategies is sourcing off-market opportunities as I find these can be more beneficial for both parties.
Sheffield is situated on the edge of the M1 motorway, it has four airports less than an hours drive away and a mainline train station that offers entry to the city with fast direct links to and from London and Scotland. Sheffield also Includes one of Europe’s largest leisure and shopping complexes Meadow Hall shopping centre with more than 400,000 people visiting every week. As well as being one of the greenest cities in the UK. It is a fast growing economy and is worth more than £7 billion a year including Hallam which is in the top ten of the countries richest towns.
The economy in Sheffield has and is steadily growing averaging over five percent a year.
With all of this Sheffield is truly a great area to invest.
